Who can apply?
Any early-stage startup, whatever it does: usually founded in the last 3 years, and bootstrapped up to Series A.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. The program is free to join and you do not need a card. You only pay if you add AI or choose a paid plan, and then at 30% off for your first 12 months.
What do I get?
The Samvaads Free plan for 6 months instead of 30 days: every Samvaads feature except Copilot and AI agents, with the Free plan limits on contacts, conversations, tickets, campaigns and channels.
What are the limits?
3 seats, up to 100 contacts, 100 conversations and 100 tickets a day, 1 WhatsApp campaign a day to up to 100 people, one channel of each type, and 2 email addresses. Need more? Move to a paid plan at any time.
Is AI included?
No. The Free plan does not include Copilot or AI agents. Program members can add them at 30% off for their first 12 months; AI usage is billed by tokens, with limits shown on the pricing page.
How does the startup discount work?
For 12 months from the day you join, you get 30% off Copilot and AI agent add-ons and off any paid plan. After that, regular prices apply.
How long does the review take?
Usually two business days. We email you when your application is approved, or if it does not fit the program.
When do the 6 months start?
When your workspace is created, right after approval. You get an email to activate it.
What happens after 6 months?
We remind you before the end. After that the workspace pauses until you choose a paid plan, and your data is kept.
I already have a Samvaads workspace. Can I join?
The program is for new workspaces. If you signed up recently, email us and we will see what we can do.
What if my application is declined?
You can still start the regular 30-day Free plan from the signup page, and apply again later if your situation changes.
