The steps

2. Connect channels. Start with email, website chat, and WhatsApp, which every plan includes. WhatsApp needs Meta to verify your business number, which can take longer than the rest.
3. Invite your team and give each person a role, so conversations route correctly from the first message.
4. Import contacts and accounts from a spreadsheet, mapping names, phone numbers, emails, and your own fields.
5. Add your knowledge. Write or import a few articles. Copilot and AI agents answer from them.
6. Publish an AI agent for the routine questions, with a handoff step to your team for everything else.
