How does Samvaads protect our customers’ data?

• Masked by default. Emails and phone numbers show masked in lists and contact cards until someone chooses to reveal them.
• Every reveal on the record. Who revealed what and when, in an audit trail you can review. The values themselves are never logged.
• Roles that mean something. Permissions per module and per action.
• Sign-in your IT team accepts. SAML single sign-on and multi-factor authentication.
• Separate workspaces. Each workspace keeps its own data, files, configuration, and limits.
