How much does Samvaads cost, and is pricing predictable as we grow?

There are Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Starter and Pro are priced per agent, per month; annual billing costs less than monthly. Current prices are on the pricing page.

What keeps the bill predictable

• Seats, not conversations. Your plan price follows the number of agents, not how many customers write in.
• AI usage alerts. Admins are told at 70% and 95% of AI usage, and again at 100%.
• Your own telephony. Calls go through the provider you already pay, so there is no call markup from us.
• Local pricing. INR and USD are priced separately for each market and do not move with exchange rates.
